[Being that he is nearly impossible to unsettle, Satoru takes his arrival on the train in stride. It's a nice improvement from where he was immediately before this, and though there's a big mess waiting for him back in his world, he's already come to terms that he won't be there for it — and placed his faith in his students, instead of worrying about his confinement. And this does seem to be another form of confinement, even if it's nicer than his previous digs. So! Rather than standing around and fretting, Satoru is going to get right to it!
And that means, making friends! Which ends up looking a lot like passing judgement. Satoru will look from person to person, trying to single out the best candidate for his questionable form of friendship.
Maybe you see him walking around, thoughtfully touching his chin as he glances at those he passes while muttering things like, Way too old, or, Too weak, or even, Maybe if there's no one else... Or maybe your character happens to hear one of those comments aimed at them.
Or, if you're lucky(?), Satoru will arbitrarily choose you, suddenly throwing an arm around your shoulders (which may feel a little strange, as it's not his arm that's actually touching those shoulders, but rather, a kind of barrier that prevents contact with his body), and saying:]
Looks like we're friends now.
[In reality, Satoru is using this show of nonsense to follow very specific traces of cursed energy he recognizes from his world, tracking down certain someone(s), and making sure no one has fallen victim to them...]

III. The Museum
[By now, you may have seen Satoru around, and you've therefore probably noticed that he always wears a blindfold. So it shouldn't be startling to see him sauntering through the museum car with his eyes covered. What might be a surprise, however, is the fact that he's gone from suddenly (and mysteriously!) being able to walk around normally despite his blindfold, to bumping into people and displays like he can't see at all.]

[Spoken casually after one of those collisions, with no visible alarm over his current situation, though it's turning out to be a problem. Beneath that blindfold of his, his beautiful baby blues have disappeared. That's right, he can't see a thing, which means that this whole complete yourself objective is a little complicated.
He takes a seat right in the middle of a hall, not paying any mind to the fact that he's blocking traffic, seemingly unbothered. His eyes may be gone, which definitely screws with his senses, but he still has his Infinity, the barrier that will protect him from being touched or harmed during this trying time. But he's a little tired, considering he can't self-heal and therefore can't keep his energy replenished, so when he hears someone walking by, he'll perk up and ask:]
See anything interesting in there?
[In there being whatever room they just came from, and interesting hopefully being his bright blue eyes that surely look unusual enough to catch someone's attention. They're kind of important, so he'd like them back before they end up in anyone else's hands...]
